### About the Role

Ande Phygital Transformation Services OPC Private Limited is building a multi-decade, cross-border technology framework across Indian, GCC (UAE), and Pan-Am (US) corridors. We are onboarding an ambitious CA Article Assistant to directly shadow the board desk. This dual-functional role pairs everyday corporate tax compliance with high-level corporate board-onboarding strategies. 

### Key Responsibilities (Dual Function)

#### 1. Core Statutory & MCA Accounting (50%)

* Maintain transaction bookkeeping logs, multi-entity bank ledger balances, and zero-turnover balance sheets.

* Oversee statutory Ind AS alignment across cloud accounting models.

* Reconcile historical technology development application funding and late cash flow logs.

* Prepare audit-ready drafts for formal review by external statutory and tax auditors.

#### 2. Strategic Board Onboarding & Global M&A Research (50%)

* Conduct deep financial health auditing on targeted Indian public listed entities and overseas firms.

* Analyze targets' Balance Sheets, Annual Statement Reports, Debt-to-Equity structures, and CapEx outlays before board pitches.

* Formulate comprehensive "Board Room Evaluation Packs" highlighting financial risk parameters.

* Track compliance metrics for international corporate vehicles (such as Delaware LLC franchise taxes and UAE reporting baselines).

### Required Qualifications

* Passed ICAI Intermediate (IPCC) – Single or Both Groups.

* Strong baseline familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Schedule III financial presentation metrics.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling templates).

* Analytical capability to review corporate governance filings and financial metrics.

### Career Pathway (20-Year Horizon)

This is not a legacy data-entry position. Elite performers will be systematically groomed to assume the permanent role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or regional Financial Director as our international corporate expansion strategy scales.
